Each activity will have a STEM and the Dine (Navajo) culture focus. Your child will be a part of a 5 day explore, create, and share model that allows them to explore solar energy and self identity. Our summer enrichment team is excited to share ideas about how the sun is apart of science and our culture.
Week 1 June 8th - 12th - ONLY 3rd, 4th, 5th
Week 2 June 15th - 19th - ONLY Kinder, 1st, 2nd
Monday - Introduction to Week/Activities and team building
Tuesday - Define Solar Energy
Wednesday - Explore Solar energy
Thursday - Build and create examples of solar energy
Friday - Share and Present
ONLY Students registered at Tse'biinidzisgai Elementary can apply. Current kindergarten up to current 5th graders are welcome. Bussing, lunch, and snacks will be provided.
