Dear SJH Parents,
We have received our school link for you to register your student athlete or participant in extracurricular activities on the RedCap System. This system will house our student testing results, as well as provide you with an instant email notification of your student's results. Please take a few minutes prior to our testing on Monday, 12/14/20 to complete this registration form.
Thank you for your support in this process. We appreciate your willingness to work with the Health Department, Utah High School Association and San Juan School District to be able allow our students to participate in winter sports activities.
